Pricing:

All our pricing is in New Zealand dollar currency and includes GST.

GST is not charged if the product is sold and delivered to an overseas customer. You are responsible for paying your local customs and tax.

Privacy Policy:

We respect your privacy with utmost care. We would only use your personal information to contact you regarding purchases, ordered services, enquiries, and a reminder about your knife sharpening maintenance.

Your personal will not be passed on to third parties unless legally required to do so.

We do not retain or receive credit/visa debit card information as we use a secure third party to do this service, which is regulated. Eg: ANZ and Paypal

Payment policy:

Payments can be made in our online store using credit and debit cards.

Products and services, which are not purchased on our online store, can be paid by cash, debit or credit card.

Copyright policy:

All our content is subject to copyright. No text, logo’s, images can be reproduced, copied without prior consent of Artisan knives.

Return policy:

We do not accept returns. Once a product is purchased you can only exchange your item if all of the below conditions are met:

• Within 10 working days of receipt of product
• Unused and new condition
• Original and undamaged packaging.

If for any reason your products are defect or damaged in shipping notify us in 48 hours, so we can replace your items. Outside of this timeframe we will not be able to claim insurance from NZ Post (and thus cannot replace your item).

Age policy:

We do not sell knives to anyone under 18yrs of age. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are stating that you are 18yrs or older and that if proof of age is asked you will provide legal photo ID.
